8 years and counting.. I have been in the call center industry for 8 years and Ive been through different accounts. I did Sales, CSR, IB, OB all types of Collections and Accounts Receivables. I am so grateful for each and every account that I have been with for I have learned a lot. Those experiences played a big part of who I am today. Sabi nga nila Magyabang ka kung me napatunayan ka na. Hindi dhil sa tinotolerate ko na magyabang and mga cc agents but because I understand all the stress, challenges, the pressure and everything that you will go through being a call center agent. We don’t have a normal and easy life compared to my previous job. It takes a lot of sacrifices and hard work to stay in this industry. Being a call center agent doesnt end with speaking English,passing the interviews, signing your JO, passing your product training or being a regular employee 6 months after. It’s not just about being a call center agent but how you will remain being one. And I am glad I am still one. :-) #feelingproud
