9.25 we passed a sheep truck from Walcha coming down the range into Tamworth ( Emergency Arrester Beds on all the steep declines) Passed through Tamworth where we saw a roundabout where it was painted on the road!! Between Tamworth and Gunnedah on the Oxley highway it was starting to look a bit greener and fields of Canola growing , then we passed Anus creek (Pete and Chris must of been here) and also a dead fox on the side of the road. Cup of Tea at Mullaley and into Coonabarabran at 12.45 for Lunch and left after an hour arriving at Dubbo at 3.00 where we decided we had done enough so found a motel.
