A 23 year student presents with dysnea on exertion developed over the past 10 days even after walking 50 yards. 2 weeks ago she had a flu like illness with myalgia and fever. She feels extremly tired and has palpitations. She has discomfort in anterior chest wall that is worse on inspiration. No past medical history, no history of foriegn travel and no history of substance abuse. On examination JVP is 8cm,gallop rhythm and third heart sound.BP 90/70, pulse 120 regular, temp 37.5. ECG.....T waves flattening globally ,Pressure over the sternum causes discomfort Diagnosis??????? A) Viral pericarditis B) Viral myocarditis C) Cardiac tamponade D) Rheumatic heart disease E) Pericardial effusion
