She is currently asymptomatic. Her FBC shows Hb 10.3 g/dl, MCV 101 fl, platelets 136 × 103/mm3, WCC 5.9 × 103/mm3. Other investigations show TSH 1.5 mU/l, AST 39 U/l, GGT 67 U/l, INR 1.1. what is the likely diagnosis?
