A Bermuda high pressure system offshore will help to keep a weather front stalled near the coast. The best chance for showers and storms will be just to the east of the front, namely along the immediate coastal areas. All the while, there will be an upper level system across the Midwest. It’s possible that some of the energy associated with this system will make into our area during Saturday; but for now though, it appears that much of the energy with the Midwestern system will arrive during Sunday. A southwesterly flow on Saturday will provide us with seasonable temps—reaching into the middle 80s. It will be moderately humid. Beyond that, look for a mix of sun and clouds with perhaps a few “hit & miss” showers and storms—widely scattered across the area (except east of U.S. 113, where showers and storms will be more probable).
