A Capacity building training for FYLAA executive committee is has been held today The training aimed at; 1. Enhancing the capacities of FYLAA executive committee to effectively deliver on its mandate through effective execution of the constitutional roles and responsibilities 2. Mentoring the committee members on the challenges of leadership as a way of inspiring and motivating them to always strive to act despite the prevailing external circumstances It is expected that training will lead to; 1. Enhanced capacities of the FYLAA executive committee to deliver on their roles and duties as per the constitution 2. Improved leadership skills for the executive committee 3. Enhanced skills of the executive committee in programming and work plan development.
