“A Hitchhiker’s thoughts” Introduction: ---M.J.Schellert--- They say that it is proper form to start your presentation with a quote, famous or otherwise. No my friends this is not a speech but a letter and in my figuring is that I might come off smarter to start this post with one. “I treasure your friendship” --a quote from the movie film “Team America”— The reason for the quotes is to set the mood or as a victim of paranoid delusions may put it… the underlying message or worse, SUBLIMINAL MESSAGES!!!! Whoops! Where did I go? At any rate, the mood is set and ready to bind with the message. Hopefully in time for the “Sincerely Yours” portion of my letter to you. Without further ado let me give my best “Reader’s Digest” version of what I have wrote and re-wrote just to get my point across. I know that you are spending a lot of time with much of life’s “Crazy Shit” and at the same time life makes the “weird” get strange and soon it is always sprinkled with “complications” so everything gets weirder and even more complicated. The good report is this…. Sometimes in life, we stumble across what life is really about….Laughter, smiles, meaningful conversation and great hugs from family and friends. Maybe in my case, beer (no pun intended). What I am sharing here is a declaration to family who are friends and friends who are family. You are truly blessed when you have both. We must remember to do whatever it takes, help each other through all crises. Together we shall cross any hell in our world, it will be done. This must be our promise to each other! Understand this basic yet beautiful concept. We all need someone like this in our lives, Yes? We constantly seek an explanation for everything unanswered; I think this is the ultimate reason. For the record if you are reading this, then to me, you are a very special person as well. You are a unique thumbprint, a priceless individual… We must stick together!
