A Letter From Tom & Cathy Dear MRCA Family: Our conservatory has been blessed to have someone as dedicated, loyal, and hard working as Brianna Hunsberger as our Director. There has never been a problem too big or an issue too small for Brianna to not jump in feet first to deal with issues and keep us pointed in the right direction. Her work ethic is second to none. I say all this to tell you, and especially after her second baby in 3 years, Brianna is going to step aside from her director duties before the beginning of next season. Briannas decision was a painful one for Cathy and me but as her children and family come first we completely understand and respect her for that decision. Happily Brianna is not leaving the company. She will continue to teach and choreograph for this upcoming season and hopefully many seasons to come. Cathy and I are beyond grateful that this bright light came into our lives and our company. With all that said, we are beyond thrilled to announce Jason Bittner will become the new Director of the Dance Team. Jason will handle ALL aspects of the team from top to bottom....from soup to nuts.....from beginning to end!! All information will emanate from him and all inquiries should go to him at jason@mccoyrigby. Jason will continue to be privileged in working with Brianna, Jessica, Shannon Steen, Carla, Shea, Nancy, Andy and Shannon Humphries in this upcoming season. Cathy and I were blown away by the quality of our numbers at last weekend’s competition and feel strongly this team is on the brink of greatness. In closing, when you see Brianna walking the MRCA hallways please stop her, hug her, and thank her for all the great things she brought to our company and our lives.
