If you have decided to receive the scholarship, please come to the Chinese Embassy and get your Admission Notice and Visa Application for Study in China (JW201) at 9:30-12:00 from July 21 to 28, 2013( Closed during weekend ). Please show your original passport or ID Card or any documents that can prove your ID before you collect the Admission Notice and Visa Application for Study in China from the Chinese Embassy. You need to fill in the form of Personal Information including your family name and given name(pls mention which is which), your passport number and validity date of your passport for air tickets booking to this email address: 953167639@qq before 30 July,2013. The Form of Personal Information is as follows: CSC No. ____________ Family Name ________ Given Name ________ Passport No. _________ Validity Date of Passport _________ Before you go to China, you need to apply for the student visa(X visa) from the Chinese Embassy in Dhaka. If you hold official passport, you must replace it as a private one for applying X visa.
