A Master Chef takes years of training and experience. Im a home cook - trained at my grandmothers side and somewhat proficient. I have a repertoire of regional dishes from Lucania, Calabria, Umbria and Tuscany...very rustic and simple. Most of the TV celebrity chefs dont impress me. Id rather spend the time with someones nonna...watching, listening, taking notes and photos...and eating, of course.
