A Tale Of Two Cities. In Turkey a coup plotting General that took over power in 1980 is finally facing trial for that treasonable offense. In Nigeria a coup plotting General who toppled a democratic government in 1983, who killed innocents, and further serially incites his followers to kill more in a democratic era; is gunning to be elected President in a democratic dispensation. There is legal justice and there is natural justice. In Turkey the former is taking place, in Nigeria the latter will finally happen to the bloodtasty coup plotter next year. Now, why do I despise Buhari so much apart from all he did around the country? First, as an Edo man, he killed the best governor we ever had; Prof. Ambrose Alli. As a Sapele guy from Delta, he caused Sapele seaport to be closed for commercial activities thereby killing business activities there, before IBB now turned it to a Naval base.After the hardwork of the democratic Shagari government in making Sapele a viable seaport. And finally he is a coward. He never accepts responsibility for all the atrocities he has done since the eighties. Did I mention his amazing cluelessness about economics, governance and modern trends?
