Thats someone who depends solely upon pre-package merchandise wether its food, hair products, medicine, etc. They do not have the capacity nor the motivation to create something on their own. I see people go to the emergency room for a paper cut, a nosebleed, a sore throat etc. These are all things (in most cases) that can be taken care of at home. If you werent taught how to be self sufficient, you can learn this on your own, the internet is at your disposal. Basic survival skills 101. Then you can pass these skills on to your children so they dont have to rely on the System.....Shalom :) :)
