A common questions I encounter is about my bodys ability to remain timelessly fit. It isnt because I love the gym, run regularly or keep a strict workout routine. Yes, I play with different fitness modalities for short bursts of time, I find them fun with which to experiment. The truth is two things. First, I eat a strict diet of amazing body positive foods when I am home. Second, over the years Ive devised a distinct body weight fitness program that keeps me strong and flexible. I change them both regularly because I like experimenting. However my current diet is based on an inspirational Dr. who used food to help heal her body! After investigating her methodology I decided to try a similar approach. I was already eating close to Paleo style, so a few tweeks werent a big deal. I figured my body could benefit from more nutrients. Ill tell you, I have more energy, sleep better than I have in years, look rejuvenated, my allergies have diminished and a slew of other great benefits, my body, mood and mental state are ecstatic!
