A famous organizational theorist Price Pritchet said that in any group there are three sets of people: 1. Change Agents (people with vision, wanting a better world); 2. Fence Sitters (those who watch on the sideline); 3. Resistors (those who always say No, impossible, and pull everyone else down). Pritchet found the Resistors are always a small and vocal minority, and the failure of leadership is to waste 80% of their time trying to convince these folks. His warning was: get rid of them fast, OR lose everything. They are dangerous to progress of any kind.
