A fatal wreck in Bartow County Friday claimed the life of a young Aragon man. According to the Georgia State Patrol, 22-year-old Kenneth Jacob Newberry was stopped for traffic on GA 113 when he was hit by another vehicle from behind. Newberry died around 4:05pm at the scene. The driver of the car that hit him, 64-year-old John David Cook of Rockmart, was taken to Cartersville Medical Center for treatment. Cook has been charged with vehicular homicide, DUI and following too closely. As reported by WRGA Rome
