#AldleiaKurdistan is currently looking for a qualified professional Iraqi- Kurdish Senior Accountant for one of the major Oil operators in Erbil. Job Summary and Scope of Responsibilities: -Supervision and transaction of accounts receivable (Petroleum Sales Proceeds) -Daily entries and auditing for vouchers prepared by accountants -Manage Cash and Bank -Reconciliations of Cash and Bank Accounts. -Follow up and circulate the daily exchange rates for local currency Budget vs Actuals -Prepare the financials for branch and submit the required reports for Company Registration. -Coordinating and relationships with government statutory auditors during the audit process -Branch Accounting Minimum Professional Experience Required - One to three Years’ experience in banking activities - Two to eight years’ experience in accounting Minimum Educational, Technical Qualifications/Certifications Required - Bachelor’s degree in accounting and knowledge of Iraqi/IFRS and other accounting standards - 3 years’ experience in banking and Treasury with company of reasonable size - Good experience in handling accounting issues, Tax Compliance, Consultants, Govt.
