A few Things Ive learned over the last 20 years in the Fitness Industry: 1.You cant out-train a poor diet 2.Supplements arent magic but can help you get better results quicker. 3. Helping people should Always be your #1 goal! 4. If you are a Self-Proclaimed fitness expert, you better have a lot of back-up and years of experience to support that claim. 5. Regular Change is good when it comes to your training. 6. Having a good body doesnt necessarily mean you know what youre doing (although it doesnt hurt if you DO know what youre doing!) 7. Never endorse something that you truly dont believe in with certainty.
