A few funny things about being a part of this Christmas service on board the ship: After speaking with a few guests afterward who thanked me for singing, some asked if I was a professional, some wanted my website information and a CD to purchase, another lady hugged me and told me that as I was singing she was praying for me that the Lord would bless me greatly. That touched me so deeply. I know I am so fortunate to have people always praying for me, but this lady was a complete stranger who reached out to me in a lonely time. It meant so much, my eyes welled up with tears, and I had the biggest lump in my throat and I could barely even speak to her to say thank you. It blessed me also to be a part of such an event where I could share my heart and share Jesus with all my friends from all walks of life who were there to support me. These videos are not quite my best singing, but they mark a special event in my life, and I wanted to share them anyway. Merry Christmas, everyone. Even in a rather bittersweet time where I wont be celebrating with family, I am comforted by the true meaning of the holiday, and I couldnt do life without Him. I hope that you are also blessed and encouraged by the reason we celebrate!
