A few tips that I have learned about working out, maintaining a healthy weight and being fit! i am sharing because I have had people ask me how I find time to workout and maintain a healthy lifestyle! 1. Forget the fad diets! They dont work. They are a temporary fix and you dont loose a substantial amount of weight. 2. You have to make time to exercise if you want results! Its your body, treat it right so that it can treat you right when you are older! 3. Buddy systems work and are a great start for beginners In working out! Find a person who will motivate you, keep you accountable and encourage you everyday! 4. Ladies! You cant and I repeat cant! Magically just get flat abs or a flat stomach when you eat like crap and refuse to work out because you dont want to loose your butt! Lift weights, eat right the waist shrinks the butt becomes rounder and firmer! Fact! Unless of course you already have genetics going on for you! 5. Dont discount products that can help you in your fitness journey! Do your research! There are many great products! I personally use herbalife 24 line I love this products! Dont let anyone just convince you that everything is bad 6. The bottom line is if you want a great looking body, you have to change your eating habits, invest in good products and exercise !!
