A few workout tips I shared with my classmates: 1. Be patient, results take a while. 2. Be consistent, 3-5 times a week. 3. Try to diet or lower your calorie intake. Keep a log. 4. Set a reachable goal. (1-5 pounds in 2 months is a good start). Increase as needed. 5. Keep it fun & change up daily. (Walking, running, cycling, zumba) 6. Cardio, cardio, cardio!! At least 3 times a week. Get that heart pumping. 6. Log your workouts. There are several apps to choose from. 7. If weight loss is your goal, try to burn as many as you intake. 8. When you start to get discouraged, because we all do, refer to tip #1. Good luck and remember youre not alone, were all in this together. Dont be afraid to reach out to someone.
