A few years ago a friend pulled a feral cat from a shelter in our metro area. because I was already feeding a little calico cat, I released him into my shed. Ive been in cat rescue for many years, much of that time working with ferals. two years after releasing him I moved to a different part of the city. I had made arrangement with a neighbor to continue feeding the calico and the cat I had not seen since release. A couple days before I moved I went to the backyard, There lay the invisible cat on a slope in the yard behind the shed, He was basking in sunshine and he looked really good. It made my heart sing to see him.
