A good judge looks at the facts, history, incident, evidence, intent and circumstances BEFORE deciding what the judgment will be. How many people can make a fair and balanced ruling on a persons character or situation without consideration for all these factors and say they are dealing with mathematics? Life and people are like polynomials and some of us are comfortable with basic math and prejudice.
