A guy came to replace the windshield on my Jeep today. Apparently they replace a lot of Jeep windows. The guy joked that Jeeps should come with three windows. It appears that some of the replacements are needed because Jeep drivers take their Jeeps off road. Others, like mine, because the window, flat and at a straight angle, doesnt deflect rocks as well as some other vehicles do. Regardless I have a new window. What is really amazing is how much clearer the view is with a new window. Ive noticed before that car windshields get less and less clear over time from micro scratches. I think if I had extra money around I might replace them every year or so crack or no crack just for the clear view.
