A lady came into my store a few months ago with body odor and ruined one of my garments after trying it on. It was pretty bad. She just came back in and asked to try on a top. I could smell her. Me: Im glad I can have this sensitive conversation with you privately while no one is here. The last time you tried on a garment, you left a body odor behind, so Im afraid it would be a challenge for me to let you try something on again, unless you have a suggestion? Her: Thank you for telling me. Me: No problem. She looked around some more. Her: Well, I cant buy a top without trying it on. (She looked at me.) Silence, except for the music. And then she left.
