A leading Company in KSA is seeking to recruit the following Job Title: POS Support Engineer Experience: 3-4 (Years) §Roles and Responsibilities: §Provide technical support/technical Development. §As a part of an Application Team, the candidate will be responsible for: the design, develop, installation and configuration of Oracle SOA Middleware Products and the integration of these Products with POS, ERP Systems, CRM Systems & custom developed applications in different environments Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities Extremely motivated and committed to delivering the highest standard of work Skill: Minimum of 3-4 years of experience with the following skills: §Oracle POS, Back Office (BO) and Central Office (CO) , Functional and Technical §Participant at least 1 Full Lifecycle implementation with Oracle POS, BO and CO §Basic Oracle technical skill (e.g. PL/SQL, Oracle DB and report builder etc.) Develop the Required Users Documentation, trailing material and online Help Assure that all the Function Documentation are matching the stander user support for all the Day today activity Supports the business in identifying, clarifying and resolving high priority issues. Helps to review and priorities issues in conjunction with the business teams. Perform the required Training and the Material Required for the End Users Full understanding for POS Applications and Mobile POS Applications. Testing for any new customization or new modules before pass to the end users. Research for the best practices in implementing the system functions. Applying the Required System Setup, User Creation, Application Installation, Mismatch and bugs solving Applying the Application updates , Installation batches Testing the new application release and customizations Full Understanding of Database Servers (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL) Preferred Experience With Supporting Mobile and Hand Held Terminal Preferred to have an Retail Experience Ability to work under Stress Customer Satisfaction Oriented Job Title: Oracle ERP SCM Specialist Experience: (Years ) 4-8 Roles and Responsibilities: To assists in the implementation, and support of Oracle 11i and R12 application solutions Responsibilities include planning, leading and actively participating in design, configuration and testing of the Inventory and Procurement modules/functionality of Oracle’s E-Business Suite Must have an understanding of typical inventory and procurement business processes Will be expected to provide guidance for design alternatives, provide functional knowledge and manage client relationships and will also be involved in improving operational metrics, performance measurements, setting expectations for area of responsibility, establishing priorities and documenting potential scope changes that may impact project and budget and timetable Responsible for leading the effort for supplier and purchase order data migration, data cleanup, end user training and training material maintenance, and documentation of requirements associated with such efforts Perform other related duties as required or assigned Responsibilities include Retek (RMS, RPM, SIM, RWMS, ReIM & ReSa) application set-up, design and operation support Responsible on processing JARFILE and RTLOG Perform appropriate directives of when and what batches to execute for Retek operations Skill Minimum of 3 years of experience with functional design and configuration of Oracle Supply Chain applications Oracle 11.5.10.2 , Oracle Distribution ( OM, PO, Shipping & INV),Oracle Logistics, Supply chain Management, Warehouse, Management system Must have moderate knowledge of financial processes Should have at least 2 implementation experience of 11.5.10.2 Ability to learn Oracle R12 and new Features between 11.5.10.2 and R12 Must work under minimal supervision Must have problem solving and conflict management skills to ensure change management issues can be resolve quickly and effectively Minimum of 3 years of experience with functional design and configuration Retek application especially on RMS, RPM, SIM, RWMS, ReIM & ReSa module Job Title: Oracle SOA Middleware Engineer/Support Engineer Experience: 3-4 (Years) Skill: Should have a Good knowledge with oracle soa suite 10g/11g development by using different components like (BPEL, Service bus components, Business Rules, Human Work Flow). Should have a Good knowledge with Application Server Web logic Server Administration and SOA administration. Strong experience with ORACLE Service Bus. 3) Strong experience Fusion Middleware applications Strong XML, XQuery, XLT 5) Strong knowledge on UNIX and HP_UX 6) Good knowledge in Weblogic Server Administration & Support 7) Good knowledge written WLST scripts for monitoring the Weblogic Server resources & services like Threads, Heap size, Servers status, JMS, JDBC Connection pool, etc 8) Should be familiar with Oracle SOA Suite 10.1.3, BPEL, ESB, BRE, BAM, OWSM, Java 1.5, J2EE, JSP, EJB1.2, DB2, Eclipse, J Developer, WSAD, and HTML. Experience with SQL or non SQL database Experience with SOA and Rest Oriented Architectures. Experience with messaging, JMS and messaging concepts Experience writes code in JAVA. Experience delivering solutions based on industry web services and SOA design practices. Knowledge of web services security frameworks; patterns and practice Job Title: Oracle Applications Technical Consultant Experience: 4-5(Years) Role & Responsibility To provide production support to Business which includes development of new reports (Oracle EBS Forms, Reports, and XML Publisher), interfaces, customizations, enhancements of existing ones, troubleshooting. Involve in data migration , data reconciliation between EBS Modules Designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting and supporting all types of Integration between EBS and Third Party Applications. Design and implement application enhancements in collaboration with different teams. Troubleshoot production support issues post release deployment and come up with solutions. Ability to solve complex production issues. Skill: Should have 4-5 years of total IT experience. Minimum 3 years on Oracle Applications 11i., R12 is a plus Should have thorough experience on Forms, PL/SQL, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflow, XML etc. TOAD, SQL Navigator, SQL *Plus, SQL*Loader Should have worked extensively on Financial / Distribution & supply chain / HRMS modules. Should possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Exposure to Oracle AIM Document Methodology is preferred.
