A lil flip through my post pregnancy fitness journey it wasnt an easy journey, because I never struggled with weight until I had my 3rd baby at 27 years old... I was an athlete my whole life, so fitness, health and living an addictions free life has always been a big part of my life♡ what truly motivated me to continue living a healthy life and not giving up after my post pregnancy weight gain was my little inspirations (my children) im currently one year post pregnancy with baby #3 and feeling incredibly healthy and happy. Throughout my #3rd pregnancy I gained 62lbs weighing 192lbs at the end of my pregnancy, before pregnancy #3 I weighed 130lbs, I currently lost all my post pregnancy weight and now weigh 130lbs.... my goal isnt to lose weight but its to gain muscle, get stronger and healthier than ever. My goal is to motivate, inspire and encourage others but most of all my children. Being fit isnt about looking good, its about feeling good and living a long healthy life♡ if you have a dream, don’t just sit there. Gather courage to believe that you can succeed and leave no stone unturned to make it a reality.
