A little variation on my regular posts but hope you enjoy! When my youngest daughter was in about Year 11/12, I used to come and pick her up from school once or twice a week. The only problem was that I wasnt allowed (by her) to pick her up directly in front of the school. She was embarrassed. So I had to park in the appointed side street. (All you Mums and Dads with kids old enough will know the sort of thing I mean!) As it turned out, happily for me a few of her school friends had to take this route home. So whats a Dad to do? I somehow wanted to let her know that I was a bit upset that she was embarrassed to have her Dad pick her up from school, but nevertheless, having being a kid myself, I sort of understood. So I decided each time I would come to pick her up from school, I would try to have some fun with this and maybe embarrass her just a little bit too! So some days I would wait for her with swimming goggles on, some days with a big Mexican hat, some days with funny glasses (you get the idea). So I was amazed/laughed out loud when my daughter sent me this article the other day. This guy took the idea to a whole new level!
