A loss of life is the most painful of all pains. Each moment is a gift. Each day is a chance to enhance somebody elses life, while enhancing our own. Everyday we should be thriving to live the life that is in our hearts. After spending 15 years on the streets as a News Reporter, I have seen more loss of life than you could imagine. I live from my heart. It hasnt always been in my best financial interest. But, when its time to go home, I know I have lived the life that was best for me. Theres not a day that goes by where I dont see someone in the national spotlight that I know personally, worked with or have interviewed. I got a chance to meet Stuart Scott years ago. I even played ball against him. Stu is gone home now. In one of his last big public appearances, he gave a speech that shook my bones from top to bottom. That was probably less than seven or so months. The way he spoke, he know he didnt have much time before it was time to pass on. If you havent seen that speech, watch it. Live it. Love yourself. Love those youre close too. Just love somebody. We dont have that much time here. Thank you Stu Scott for showing how to live with courage. Nuff said.
