A lot of people ask me what to do when they see or get negative feedback from customers. I promised to find a video that best represents our philosophy. Business owners, professionals and individuals... here is a great video to better prepare you for criticism, better yet, to seek honest feedback. People typically actually grow from one of two things... either repetition or a significant emotional event (usually very negative). The reality is we have opportunities to grow all the time if we simply ask for honest feedback from the people who matter and focus on personal, professional, departmental and organizational growth.
