A man has been arrested and another man hospitalised following a balcony fall at North Bondi this morning. About 9:50am, Sunday 3 August 2014, police were called to a unit on Brighton Boulevard following reports a man had fallen off a balcony. At the scene they found a 29-year-old man with face and spinal injuries. He had fallen about 10m off a balcony. The man was treated at the scene by paramedics and taken to hospital. A 31-year-old man was arrested at the scene and taken to Waverley Police Station where he is currently assisting police with inquiries. A crime scene has been established at the unit block and investigations into the matter are continuing.
