A message this morning from a happy Frankette....wont lie brought a little lump to my throat. Hi Frank i just wanted to send you a message just to let you know how grateful i am to have come accross you and your plan. Im sticking to plan truthfully 90%, doin the excercises very rarely as i am still very low on energy but i am sticking to only drinking water and taking the fish oil capsules. Im 23 i suffer from depression, anxiety, polycystic ovarion syndrome, endometriosis, pmt and chronic migraines. I was diagnosed with severe depression about about a year and a half ago and this is the 1st time since then i have not felt suicidal, no matter how high the dose of antidepressants i have been on i have not felt this stable in what feels like such a long time. Thank you so much! Its week 3 for me, just feel alot happier and i owe it all to you x #healthyeating#healthymind
