A parent asks our group: just wondering if any other parents child is off sync since school is out? My 4 1/2 yr old has been wild since school was out. Her big sister is home and with no school she is not having good reactions from these changes. I do an art activity, park or pool (weather permitting) quiet time and other physical/sensory activities with her. She is so off that she can hardly concentrate on anything except for spinning and being rough(like the ball in a pinball machine lol) I have to use her weighted blanket or just hold her to try and calm her down. one evening it took 2 hrs. one exhausted momma
