A parent asks our group; wanna scream: having problems with Sammy and school, he has learning disability and has 1-2-1 in a mainstream school with a class of around 30 kids. He has done very well learned to read and write and wont stop talking. For the last 2 days they have changed his support in the mornings (long story involving another child and his 1-2-1) and annoyed about it cause they didnt tell me until yesterday only because I asked what happened to his support in the mornings. But anyway Sammy anxiety problems have started up again, chewing, biting, shouting. This morning had tears before school saying that he wanted to stay at home and didnt like school. but when he got to school he was ok. Now is it worth saying something to senco? as dont want the problems to start up again like we had before. Dont think its helped cause Sammy has seen his normal 1-2-1 in the other year one class
