A pastor announced to his congregation that the bishop was appointing him to another charge. Immediately, two women in the front row started crying. The pastor walked down toward them and offered some comfort. Now, now, its not that bad . . . after all, the bishop has promised that he is sending a nice priest to this parish. One of the women replied through her tears, The bishop said exactly the same thing the last time.
