A piece of land is something to DEAL with! That too by third persons whose only interest is to extract profit out of it!! A piece of land is not just a lifeless lump of earth, it has its associated with a biodiversity including the human beings. And that is in intricate multifaceted interaction with the surroundings. An yet the profit mongers are always busy in DEALing with the piece of land in all sorts of heinous ways to break and re-break it into pieces and to disrupt the coveted peace. And all these are going on while the life forms are ever busy in their day-to-day struggle for existence, not even trying to see what is going on among the profit mongers, like the ostrich. The digging of ones face into the sand may wish away the storm, but will not stop the storm. And the storm will either make them or break them. History so far has been essentially breaking them. More breaks still to come .... [Governance after all is a sort of DEALing. Its meant to contain the antagonisms between the contending sections, not to resolve them but to sustain them, and hence is not impartial really. Otherwise the antagonism is too ripe that could have even resulted in the joint destruction of both the sections.]
