A really practical thing you can do to create margin in your life is to create a stop-doing list. We all have to-do lists either in our heads or on some device or notepad, and those are good, but the most powerful list you will ever make is a stop-doing list because it creates margin. And life is won or lost in the margin. Your soul is won or lost in the margin. And what benefit is there in gaining the whole world but losing your soul? Jesus says, “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest.” Through faith, you can trade your burdens for His rest.
