A sad day today as Larry & I learn of the passing of a good friend, Jerry House - SPHS Class of 1959. Its a time to remember and celebrate Jerrys full life. Larry first met Jerry @ Bartlett Park Youth Center in 1961 - pick-up basketball game. Jerry asked Larry to come play on his city league team - HOME FEDERAL. The also also played basketball EVERY SINGLE Tues. & Thrs. @ the old YMCA---noon sharp.......Jerry & Larry played on city league teams together until Larry left for college to play basketball. Jerrys only words were I NEED POINTS. LOL Its wonderful to know that Jerry spent ALMOST every year @ Oktoberfest in Germany. He was still playing a bit of basketball right up till the end. A Life Lived to Its Fullest. R.I.P. Jerry. Well see you on the other side.
