A shoulder day does not exist for me without this exercise. Build dem delts! Slow and controlled, focus on the medial deltoid one arm at a time. Scoot your booty to the edge of the seat of the arm youre working. Do not let your forearm or hand help you push the weight up. I usually do a triple dropset - 30lbs to failure, 20lbs to failure, 10lbs to failure with no rest between. Then switch arms. Have fun! #jessiesgirls
