A strange outcome yesterday, Had some friends over we hadnt seen for some time and I made lunch, as you do.Had a lovely drop of Tasmanian Red, and I roasted garlic and minted lamb on the BBQ,Sliced Thinly atop some fresh salad from the Garden, and included basil Pesto instead of Balsamic dressing, and had it all on top of Long Toasted Turkish Bread.The only thing I didnt include was Rosemary. It wasnt until evening I realized what I had done. Roast Lamb Rump Typically Aussie Day Fare, and always a favorite of Aussies, and along with the Salad, Had atop TURKISH BREAD. A new ANZAC DAY Tradition I think. It was while I was watching the story about the Aerial survey and Grid Planning on Z beach at Gallipoli I realized what I had done. Interesting story that one about the Brits running the River Clyde aground to exit all those men to their death.A real education was that show.Hope some of you got to see it. RIP all those Brave Men and Boys.
