A teachers training workshop was held in our school today on the theme - Teachers of 21st century classroom. It was conducted by Ms. Nafisa Bhinderwala an innovative, passionate school administrator & educator. She is experienced in creating a stimulating and challenging learning environment conducive to maximizing each students potential. She has been empowering teachers and other in the system with necessary training and support for change & growth. She has exceptional leadership qualities, passion for education & high level of motivation. Ms. Nafisa Bhinderwala was given the opportunity to enlighten us regarding the 21st century classroom training. She began with an interactive session with the teachers. She had talked about the difference between traditional & 21st century teaching, 4c’s to be followed by the educators : communication, collaborative, critical thinking, creativity; also about globalized workforce, high order thinking skills etc.
