A travesty of justice has a occured. Yesterday, a man was acquitted of shooting a 17 year old youth, just walking back to his dads apt with a bag of skittles in his pocket. Very disappointed in our justice system. But not surprised. In America a black man was sentenced to 35 years for stealing a small television set in the South. However, if you have a lot of money and can afford the best lawyers...you will probably not do jail time. Sad.
