A very unfortunate Christmas Eve experience at the expense of some 195 Boholanos with Cebu Pacific due to poor management and decision making.... Never again will it happen because Boholanos have stood up for their rights and have made it.... A wake up call then to Cebu Pacific Management. As service provider, give due respect to your clients / passengers. They all deserve to be treated with genuine concern, and not to be taken for granted....A fter all, in business the customer is always right that cancellation in short notice is something many of your passengers have got used to it and they are beginning to lose trust and confidence....Anyway, may this bad experience become an eye opener and a learning one to both management and passengers as well...That decisions made hastily may not be beneficial rather damaging....At any rate, after the six-hour (6 hour) negotiation inside the plane (passengers have already boarded), all is well that ends well.....TO GOD BE THE GLORY!...At least, we arrived safely at our respective homes, though late, on Christmas Day. And its the best Christmas Gift our families have ever received this 2014....
