A1282666 Kong was awarded to BARC because he was being starved by his owner in an animal cruelty case. I saw him when I was at the shelter, and this sweet boy sat in his kennel like a little old man. When I came to the gate, he hopped down and came to give me kisses. Such an amazing soul for a pup who has been through so much! I was going to make Kong my next foster, but the next day found two strays who I have not been able to find homes for yet. I just got an email from BARC that Kong will be PTS if he is not fostered by noon tomorrow. He is showing signs of a cold and their hospital ward is full. PLEASE help this sweet soul! I am at capacity and cannot go get him.
