AAUA Post Utme, Direct Entry Application Form 2014 Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba AAUA Post UTME / Direct Entry DE Application Form is now available. The management Adekunle Ajasin University invites candidates who wrote the 2014 JAMB UTME to apply for the post utme screening examination of the institution. Admission by Entrance Examination UTME Applicants must write the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) administered by JAMB and attain an acceptable standard there in Use of English and three other subjects relevant to their proposed courses of study. Candidates must, in addition to attaining an acceptable standard in UTME, possess one of the following qualifications. (a) Credits in five subjects (among them, English Language and Mathematics) relevant to the course and obtained at no more than two sittings in the Senior School Certificate (SSC) or the School Certificate/General Certificate of Education Ordinary Level (SC/GCE O/level) or equivalent. (b) Grade II Teacher’s Certificate (TC II) with credit or merit passes in at least five subjects. (This is acceptable only in the Faculty of Education). (c) NABTEB Qualifications. A credit in Mathematics is required for all Science and Social Science courses, except where it is stated otherwise. A credit in English Language is required for all courses. Admission by Direct Entry (DE) Applicants with one of the following qualifications may be considered for Direct Entry, admission. (a) A minimum of five subjects passed at no more than two sittings, with at least two of them passed at the Principal or Advanced level of the GCE and the others at credit level in SSC/GCE/O level. No subject will be counted at both Ordinary and Advanced levels. (b) Passes in two major subjects in the NCE, with SSC/ GCE/O-level credits or equivalents in THREE other subjects (mainly for Education Courses). Education may be accepted as a third A/Level subject for those taking courses in Education. (c) A good first degree holder who has completed the National Youth Service Corps Programme may be accepted into the Law programme. HOW TO APPLY Candidates are to pay the sum of Four Thousand naira (N4,000.00) at any branch of the banks listed below: Enterprise Bank, Keystone Bank , Skye Bank, Zenith Bank, First Bank, Access Bank, Wema Bank. Candidates should note that they are to collect bank- generated receipts at the point of payment, which will contain receipt No and confirmation Code for the on-line registration. To Register: Visit aaua.edu.ng/putme2014/ Click on Start Application, enter your JAMB Registration number, Receipt No, and the Confirmation Code to confirm your payment. If payment has been confirmed, use the Applicant Login option to login with your JAMB Registration No and your Confirmation Code to continue the registration process. Enter JAMB registration numbers and confirmation codes indicated on the receipts. Preview, confirm, submit and immediately PRINT-OUT an acknowledgment slip Candidates are to come to the Examination Hall with the following: (a) JAMB Registration Slip (b) Acknowledgement Slip printed out from the University portal. Candidates should download past questions from the University website after payment. Any candidate who fails to participate in the Screening Exercise will not be considered for admission into the University.
