#ACEIA13 #CONFERENCE: LEADING THE WAY IN LANGUAGE TEACHING IN ANDALUCIA. The ACEIA conference has become a major event in the international TEFL calendar. It brings together teacher training and teacher collaboration, two of the elements that combine to make a great school. Teaching and teaching languages in particular, must be one of the most rewarding professions one can be involved in. Seeing your students progress brings a sense of satisfaction that few other jobs can offer. All this brings us to the ACEIA conference; nearly 600 teachers from the best schools in Andalucía all happy to share their experience, some of the leading figures in English Language Teaching speaking about the latest developments in teaching, giving practical workshops specializing precisely in what teachers need in their language schools, advice on teaching different ages and levels, exam preparation, using IT in the classroom. There is a mixture of theoretical and practical ideas which can be immediately put into practice in the classroom. You can also visit the publishers´ stands to see the latest material available, the examination boards are represented to bring you up to speed on developments in language evaluation which is absolutely vital in our sector nowadays.
