* AN APOLOGY TO ALL HADLEIGH & LAKE LOTHING SUPER LEAGUE PLAYERS (AND THOSE WHO HAD THE AUDACITY TO GLANCE AT THE FOOTBALL ON TV). I have to apologise about the unruly behaviour of all the supporters that take time out to attend home matches at the Legion, those that could be sitting at home, or even in another pub, maybe spending time with their families. No they spend their free time to come and support Hadleigh Super League Darts (some even go to away games), and put money behind the bar to keep the Legion as one of the best venues around. So to have comments thrown at them (sorry for the pun) for glancing at the football on TV between matches, isnt going to make them want to attend future games. I may be a Has-been and a Disgrace to Darts, as it has been mentioned, but Im sure even the players dont want to be told what to do, maybe even relax before they play their game by watching a bit of TV, we all have our own ways of preparing before a game. I can only imagine that I wont be welcome in the Players Only forum, (which is a great idea I must add), as I am not a player, but I will always continue to support our local team, whoever may play for them. And to say that certain indiviuals are not supported is Bull***t, but I suppose myself, Steve Beckett and James Rose have been informed that we provide continuous bull***t anyway, and has anyone noticed that the legion sponsors hadleigh super league banner that is hanging under the board hasnt been torn down and ripped up? (just saying).
