ANSBACHER (BAHAMAS) LIMITED has an opening position of: HEAD OF OPERATIONS The successful candidate will be expected to: Manage and provide guidance for the operations department and ensure that it meets or exceeds agreed business objectives and service standards Contribute to the development of company strategies and policies and participate as a member of the Company’s senior manage team Demonstrate a clear knowledge of the regulatory requirements of the department and ensure compliance with these principles Applicants should ideally possess the following qualifications and experience: CPA, Series 7, relevant degree in Business/Operations Management Excellent management, organizational and leadership skills including minimum of five years managerial experience in all phase of securities markets and instruments trading, custody business and trade reconciliations Sound knowledge of overall processes in front office Through knowledge of money laundering legislation and regulatory provisions Working knowledge of Bahamian legislation and regulations and their relationship to corporate policies and procedures Strong interpersonal and communication skills High PC literacy, Proficient in Microsoft suite of products All interested and qualified applicants should submit a cover letter and resume to the attention of: HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT ANSBACHER (BAHAMAS) LIMITED EMAIL: [email protected]
