Experience: 2 to 4 yrs Location: Bengaluru/Bangalore Position Summary: The Application Engineer will be part of a team responsible for software deployment support to ANSYS customers and employees. The Engineer will troubleshoot and resolve problems encountered during the deployment and usage of ANSYS software products on a variety of hardware platforms and operating systems. Support channels include phone, web portal, web collaboration tools as well as occasional customer site visits. The Application Engineer will also work with Software Development and other departments to report and investigate software defects, review and update software installation documentation and assist with efforts to improve the overall product deployment process.
