Im still collecting names of the people who want to join my fitness group starting Monday the 29th and carrying on into January - message me your goals for 2015 and we can see if it would be helpful for you. Here are Some of the moves that kicked my butt the other day. (Dont worry you can follow the modifier at first) I refuse to interrupt my workout to record, so I record all my videos after the DVD finishes- and that my friends, is tough! For the squat kicks- dont use your hip flexor for the kick- use your lower abs. :) Have a relaxing but fit sunday :)
