APARTMENT FOR RENT! Hey folks. I am moving out of my apartment around July 20th. It will be available then, but you dont have to pay for rent until August. Its a really nice 2BR apartment. My room is available, which is able to fit a full/queen size bed, TV stand, bookcase, dresser, organizer, DVD case, and has plenty of closet space. The apartment has a nice size walk in kitchen, a large bathroom with closet space, and a really huge living room with two couches. There is also a large front closet for storage. My roommate Jeff is really awesome and friendly and has a cute little cat Named Penny. You have access to a backyard that also has a grill, a front stoop with two deck chairs. Laundry, coffee shops, great Mexican restaurants in area, and a grocery store in walking distance. The rent is $700 a month which includes Heat, hot water and internet. We have directTV, which is cheaper than most cable companies. I am also selling my bed/mattress which is a full for an extra price. It was purchased less than a year ago and is clean and really comfy so you wont have to move a bed in yourself. You can also have a bookcase and dresser if youre interested. The apartment is in Weehawken, NJ which is a 10-15 minute commute into Manhattan. You can take a bus, a ferry, or take a light rail/bus down to Hoboken to take the PATH. However, the bus stop into Manhattan is on our block and super easy. They have busses running 24/7. Your view of Manhattan is breathtaking. Plenty of free parking if you have a car Anyway, I know this is long and Ill be posting it a bunch. Message me if youre interested and I can bring you over to take a look at the place. I love it and have been here a year. Im sad to give it up, but I am moving back home for a little bit. Length of lease is negotiable. I signed a 7 month lease at first to see if I liked it and I stayed. You can probably do the same and after that its month to month. Great landlord! THANKS
